Histologic Features
- A small and well-circumscribed, horizontally oriented lesion in the upper dermis consisting of
- Short strands and cords of basaloid cells and small ducts lined by two rows of epithelial cells
- Amorphous debris within the ductal spaces
- Some ductal structures demonstrating tadpole-like configuration
- A fibrotic stroma
- A lymphocytic infiltrate around dilated vessels
