Histologic Features
- Compact orthokeratosis with focal parakeratosis
- Papillated skin surface
- A cup-shaped invagination from the epidermal surface by squamous epithelium
- Papillary epithelial projections lined by a flattened peripheral layer and a columnar luminal layer with apocrine decapitation
- Telangiectasia and edema with numerous plasma cells in the papillary stroma
- Large apocrine glands beneath the neoplasm
