Histologic Features
- Parakeratosis
- A scale crust
- A moderate epidermal hyperplasia with full-thickness atypia of the keratinocytes evidenced by pleomorphic hyperchromatic nuclei with striking atypia
- A patchy lichenoid infiltrate of lymphocytes at the base
- Prominent solar elastosis of the papillary dermis
