Histologic Features
- A dense diffuse and nodular dermal infiltrate that abuts against the hyperplastic epidermis
- Plasma cells predominance in the infiltrate which also contains many histiocytes, neutrophils, and a few eosinophils
- Widely dilated blood vessels with plump endothelial cells
