Histologic Features
- A multifocal, poorly circumscribed, asymmetrical lesion that tends to extend deep into the dermis, with
- Pleomorphic basaloid cells in irregular lobules
- Many mitotic figures present within the lobules
- Necrosis en masse commonly present in the center of the lobules
- Many neoplastic sebocytes with atypical nuclei as solitary units and groups within the lobules
- Squamous differentiation with cornification
- Foci of sebaceous ductal differentiation
