perianal basal cell carcinoma
Histologic Features
- Slight epidermal hyperplasia containing an occasional atypical keratocytes
- Bizarre-shaped cords and interconnecting lobules of basaloid cells with peripheral palisading
- Dyskeratosis, focal striking atypia dn mitotic figures
- Focal cornification
- A fibromucinous alteration of the stroma
