Histologic Features
- A basket-weave cornified layer
- A suprabasal blister containing many neutrophils, eosinophils and acantholytic cells
- Involvement of the adnexal epithelium
- A moderately dense superficial perivascular infiltrate of lymphocytes and histiocytes with many eosinophils
