Histologic Features
- A large asymmetrical, poorly circumscribed neoplasm in the subcutis consisting of fat lobules of varying sizes and shapes
- A myxoid stroma containing delicate plexiform thin-walled vessels
- Long spindle cells with oval nuclei that are overlapping each other
- Scattered lipoblasts with eccentric nuclei
- Pooling of myxoid material at various foci
