Histologic Features
- An intact epidermis
- A dense nodular perivascular infiltrate with extension into the subcutis consisting of
- Large atypical lymphoid cells in association with plasmacytoid cells, histiocytes, a few neutrophils and eosinophils
- Vascular involvement evidenced by thrombi formation, fibrin deposition, and infiltration of the vessel walls by eosinophils and neutrophils
- Focal necrosis en masse
