Histologic Features
- A dense diffuse or slightly nodular infiltrate in the dermis with
- A tendency for extension into the subcutis with more cells in the lower dermis as compared to the upper dermis (bottom-heavy)
- A monomorphous infiltrate with lymphoid cells greatly predominant over other cellular components
- Scattered lymphoblasts in the infiltrate, with no tendency to form follicles
- Many mitosis and sometimes necrosis en mass
- Improminent blood vessels
- Adnexal structures distortion and destruction
