Histologic Features
- Hyperkeratosis and irregular acanthosis of the overlying epidermis
- Elongation and dilation of the acrosyringia and eccrine ducts
- A proliferation of solid cellular lobules with squamoid or clear cells
- Ductal structures within squamoid lobules
- Large ductal cavities containing amorphous secretion
- A dense infiltrate of typical lymphocytes
- Fibrosis of the dermal stroma
