- An asymmetrical lesion with neoplastic lobules of varying sizes and shapes characterized by
- Prominent palisading of peripheral nuclei
- Pleomorphic basaloid cells with focal necrosis en masse
- Scattered sebaceous cells within neoplastic lobules
- Attempts at cornification
- A fibrotic stroma
