- A poorly circumscribed neoplasm consisting of basaloid lobules of varying sizes and shapes, characterized by
- Well-developed glandular structures lined by single layer of basaloid cells
- Luminal cells show attempts at forming decapitation secretion yet others become multilayered filling the lumina
- Neoplastic cells being relatively large, pleomorphic cells with an oval or round nucleus and prominent nucleoli
- A fibrotic and hypervascular stroma
