- A poorly circumscribed neoplasm infiltrating the entire dermis and subcutis consisting of
- Bizarre-shaped anastamosing vascular channels lined by atypical endothelial cells with
- Frequent mitoses and striking pleomorphism
- A proliferation of fascicular spindle cells between vessels
- Frond-like projections of the fibrous stroma into the lumina
- Some atypical endothelial cells floating in vascular spaces
- Erythrocytes within and without vascular spaces
