Histologic Features
- A neoplasm divided into lobules by fibrous septae, with a cellular component characterized by
- Cells which are large, rounded, polygonal, and have eosinophilic vacuolated cytoplasm, attached to the septae with nuclei located away from the papillary projection
- A central lobular loss of cohesion resulting in a pseudoalveolar pattern
- Few mitoses
