Histologic Features
- An intact epidermis
- A mostly perivascular infiltrate containing lymphocytes. histiocytes, neutrophils, and numerous eosinophils
- Infiltration of vascular walls by neutrophils and eosinophils, fibrin deposition around the walls, and thrombi within the lumina
- Numerous histiocytes, neutrophils and scattered eosinophils between collagen bundles
- Extravascular granulomas showing fibrinous centers surrounded by lymphocytes and eosinophils
