Unna's nevus
Histologic Features
- A large but symmetrical proliferation of nevus cells as lobules in the dermis separated by clefts. The nevus cells show no atypicality but mature with descent. The overlying surface demonstrate epidermal hyperplasia in the form of irregular acanthosis, fused rete ridges and horn pseudocysts formation
