Histologic Features
- A dome-shaped/pedunculated well-circumscribed lesion with
- A proliferation of large vessels lined by plump endothelial cells
- Proliferation of atypical spindle cells between blood vessels
- Many unlined slits between spindle cells containing erythrocytes
- A plasmacytic infiltrate and siderophages at some foci
- Extravasation of red blood cells
