Histologic Features
- A dense, diffuse infiltrate in the edematous dermis with
- A mixed-cell infiltrate consisting of numerous eosinophils, small lymphoid cells, plasmacytoid cells, a few neutrophils, and large atypical mononuclear cells with pale nuclei, prominent nucleoli and abundant cytoplasm
- A few Reed-Stenberg cells with mirror image "owl's eyes" nuclei
- Destruction and distortion of adnexal structures
