Grover's disease (Transient acantholytic dermatosis)
Histologic Features
- Focal thick parakeratosis containing neutrophils and plasma
- Suprabasal clefts with acantholytic and dyskeratotic cells
- Intraepidermal spongiosis
- Edema of the papillary dermis
- Lymphocytes and eosinophils around superficial blood vessels
- Dyskeratotic keratinocytes in variable numbers
