Fox-Fordyce disease
Histologic Features
- Focal spongiosis at the entrance of the apocrine duct into the infundibulum
- Inflammation at the site consisting of histiocytes, lymphocytes, and a few neutrophils
- Concentric fibroplasia around the terminal portion of the apocrine duct
- Slightly dilated apocrine glands beneath the area of inflammation
