Degos' disease (malignant atrophic papulosis)
Histologic Features
- Focal parakeratosis
- A thin necrotic overlying epidermis
- A wedge-shaped dermal sclerosis
- Thrombi and intimal fibrosis occluding the underlying vessels which is infiltrated by neutrophils, lymphocytes, and histiocytes
- Mucin deposition at the periphery of the wedge-shaped zone
